The Book Database
The database contains over 1,500 books focusing on African-American children. You can search our book database and find books for your children. You can search by: Title, Author, Illustrator, Age Group, Gender, and/or topic.
Parent's Books & Resources
We have recommended books that pertain to improving literacy of our children. Also, our advisory board members contribute articles that relate to literacy.
