About The On-Line Book Club
The book club is fairly simple. This is a free service. We select books where the main characters are African-American. Books are grouped by age. The selected books cover a range of fiction, non-fiction, historical, and pop-culture. Some months, we will offer more than two titles per group.
Once you sign up for the book club, you will receive a notice to alert you of the monthly selections. You choose which books you will read for the month and decide how you want to obtain the books. You can get the books from the library, purchase them on your own, or we provide links for you to shop online for the best deal. At the end of the month, the next book will be selected, and we do it all over again.
